This 18 story, 100,000 sq. ft. apartment building is constructed of load bearing masonry above the first floor. There is a poured concrete parking garage in the basement and a rear plaza at the first floor. The tower steps back at the upper levels with setbacks supported on steel framing. Floors consist of concrete slabs on metal deck and light gauge joist framing.
